We are fortunate to live in a great community, host fun events and provide useful resources to our homeowners. Your active participation continues to be the key to the success of this association, HOA sponsored festivities and the ongoing maintenance of our common areas. We thank you, our homeowners, for your continued support.This year we have two open Board positions with one(1) incumbent running. We welcome self nomination and nominations from the floor of our upcoming annual meeting. If you are interested in serving your community by taking a position on the board, please contact Liz Pettit at Crest Management, liz.pettit@crestmanagement.com, for more information and to have your name posted on the ballot. If you are interested, but need more information about serving on the Board, you can email us at board@oakparktrails.org and a Board member will be happy to contact you to answer any questions you may have.Please mark your calendar for this meeting and make every effort to attend.In order to conduct official business, we must have a quorum of at least 10% of lot owners either present in person or by proxy. Please help us avoid the expense of a recall meeting by planning to be in attendance. If you are not able to attend, please fill out and return your proxy form in time to be received and counted for the meeting.Proxy Forms are sent with the official meeting notice to each homeowner and are available on our website. - To Crest Management either by mail or fax (see Proxy Form for mail/fax details).
- Place your completed and signed Proxy Form in an envelope on your front door, email your address to board@oakparktrails.org to let us know your completed proxy form is ready for pick up and a Board Member will pick up your form.
- Email completed and signed form to board@oakparktrails.org.
Help us avoid the cost overrun of a recall meeting by returning your proxy ASAP.
