Holiday Trash Schedule for Oak Park Trails.

With two consecutive holidays falling on Fridays (a regular trash collection day and heavy trash/bulk trash collection day), we received the following schedule for trash collection on Oak Park Trails through the holidays.

Friday December 25 Christmas Day – no trash pick up 

Saturday December 26 – WCA will send a truck to pick up bulk trash, and heavy trash but no household garbage will be collected so do not set out your blue trash bins.

Tuesday December 29 – Regular household trash collection and recycle collection. Set out trash in your blue bins and recycling in the gray bins. No Loose or heavy trash collection on Tuesdays per regular schedule.

Friday January 1 New Years Day – no trash pick up

Saturday January 2 – WCA will send a truck to pick up bulk trash, and heavy trash but no household garbage will be collected so do not set out your blue trash bins.

Tuesday January 5 – resume normal collection service. schedule

Normal Schedule:
Tuesdays – household garbage collection and recycling is collected on Tuesdays. All items for collection must be contained in the blue trash bin or in the gray recycling bin. No heavy or loose/bulk trash is collected on Tuesdays.

Fridays – Household trash in the blue bins is collected, as well as heavy trash items, bulk/loose trash. No recycling is collected on Fridays.
