We recently sent out information via US Mail to inform the Oak Park Trails community and HOA Members that we are soliciting for candidates to be on the ballot for Board of Directors positions at the upcoming Annual Meeting in February (date to be announced). There are two Board positions up for election. Both are three year terms. If you are interested in running for a volunteer position on the OPT HOA Board of Directors, you must submit your name by 12;00 PM (NOON) MONDAY FEBRUARY 6TH. These volunteer Board positions are vital to running our Homeowners Association and do not take much time to contribute to helping to keep our neighborhood financially sound, and upholding our governing documents to keep our infrastructure and amenities in good repair for the enjoyment of everyone in Oak Park Trails. All voting will be done ahead of the Annual meeting by electronic voting and there will be no nominations from the floor at the meeting, so if you want to run for a position please follow up with Liz at Crest Management by the deadline listed above.
